Real Estate Post-Licensing Education
After becoming a licensed real estate agent, you may have to complete certain courses to renew your license for the first time and satisfy all requirements, depending on your state. Our comprehensive post-license courses and packages offer everything you need to keep your real estate career moving forward.
Completing Your Real Estate
Post-Licensing
Post-licensing (or first renewal) in real estate is required by certain states, mandating salespersons to complete specific course requirements as a means of transferring license status from probationary or provisional status into full licensure. The real estate post-license exam is the final step of pre-licensing and also fulfills qualifications for salespersons to become brokers after completing the required credentials.
Post-Licensing Requirements:
- Fulfill the mandatory post-licensing hours by your first renewal deadline (18-24 months from licensure). Check with your state for specific details.
- Successfully pass the end of course exam with an 80% or higher.
- Pay the renewal fee designated by your state
