Maryland Real Estate Continuing Education (CE) and License Renewal Requirements:
- Real estate professionals in Maryland, including both salespersons and associate brokers, must take 15 hours of continuing education classes in order to renew their real estate licenses
- These 15 hours of real estate CE include 3 hours on agency, 3 hours on legislative updates, 1.5 hours on fair housing, 3 hours on ethics and 4.5 hours of electives (ensuring that elective courses taken are never duplicated from year to year)
